This hotel was great. Previous reviews had me nervous before arrival but those reviews are very harsh in my opinion. We booked the economy room so yes it was small and yes the streets are noisy, but for the price we paid for 2 nights including city tax and breakfast you will not be beaten on location. 5 mins to station, between 5/10 minutes to so many major attractions. Friendly, helpful staff. The room as I said is small but that's what we paid for, it was immaculately clean. We didnt have breakfast as we prefer to eat out but we got coffees each morning. I would definitely stay here when we return to Florence and like I previously said keep an open mind when reading negative reviews, as I cannot fault our experience it was exactly what we were looking for, clean, good value and centrall.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was great – very convenient and close to everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and overall the atmosphere made me feel very welcome. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to others.

Nice,clean and charming hotel at great location. Easy to find. Small but cozy and comfortable room. 5 minutes walk from/to the train station S.M.N. Close to everything in the heart of Florence. The staff is very helpful and professional. Good breakfast. They let us leave our luggage till late afternoon. Thank you.

Good location near lots of eateries. Daily breakfast was basic (coffee, juice, cereal, pastries, fruit, yogurt, cheese) but appreciated. Room was small but ok. Felt clean. Bed was fairly comfortable. Air conditioner worked well.

The location was great..walkable from the train station, and near Mercato Centrale. And certainly walkable to all the main monuments/churches. Reception was fine. Our room was a bit small, with 2 single beds, but very clean. Plenty of towels/blankets. Wifi was fine. We did not have breakfast because I am gluten and dairy free (and typical Italian breakfast does not meet my needs). We did find a good cafe that served eggs nearby - Fibbi Bar on corner of via Nazionale and Guelfa. It was a hopping place with good food! (My husband can eat these things and he was also very satisfied)

Clean and convenient. Close to the train and sights and js right in the heart of the action. Good food (literally out the door) and shopping. Staff was very helpful including carrying bags up the stairs. I was a solo woman traveler, and I felt very safe. Never been to Italy before. The room was quiet and I enjoyed hearing the rain on the roof tiles. Breakfast was more than enough. Would definitely recommend. Bed was firm and extra large twin. Perfect-o place to crash after sightseeing.

Great location, short walk from the train station family of 4 and dragging 4 luggages, hotel staff were very friendly they helped us carry our luggage to the 1st floor (2nd floor for US) and tips where to eat. Kids loved the breakfast that was offered by the hotel. We were so close to everything that we came back to the hotel to rest and walk back out again, Our walk back to the train station was easier now that we know to take the tunnels so we dont have to worry about crossing the streets to get to the train station.

This small hotel is close to the main train station and walking distance from all the touristic places in Florence. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and it's safe to walk around. The breakfast is simple but well appreciated since it's included. Excellent staff and great service!

The staff was very helpful, especially Noel. He was very kind and helped us with all our questions. We would definitely go back. The ladies that served breakfast, were very cheerful.

It’s a nice hotel, good located (4 minutes walk from the station and less than 10 minutes to the duomo). The cleaning was good. The breakfast doesn’t have many options but it’s ok. The workers are super nice.
